City-sightseeing
This is a 3-hour
walking tour of the city, including
two museums. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted
with Vladivostok, to know its history, and to meet people.
You will visit the oldest museum of the
Russian Far East-the Museum of Regional Studies,
named by V.K.Arseniev. Here you can learn about the nature
of the region, the past and foundation of Vladivostok, and
the culture of aboriginal population. The other museum is
the legendary «C-56», a submarine
that was actually used in World War II. |

Vladivostok Fortress, Fort No.7
This is a 2-hour excursion of
Fort Number 7 of Vladivostok Fortress. The
fortress was built about 100 years ago and was one
of the best and largest fortresses in the world.
Fort Number 7 is used as the land defensive
line on the coast of Amursky Bay. Most of this great
fortification is situated underground. Walking in the
numerous underground structures will cause you to feel
like an adventurer or a treasure seeker.

This is a full-day excursion of the town
of Nakhodka, the second main port of the Primorsky
region. The name «Nakhodka» means
«godsend». Historically, this meaning is
appropriate indeed. The brave discoverers of Nakhodka
were in grave danger when they ran into a severe storm.
They truly would have died, but God led them safely to
this scenic and peaceful bay. Giving thanks to God,
they named the place accordingly. Now Nakhodka is a
modern town that you will enjoy visiting. |

Russian Village
This is an 8-hour excursion of the
village Steklianukha (100 km from Vladivostok).
This will be your opportunity to see first-hand
the Russian peasant way of life. You will visit a farmer's
family and communicate with village inhabitants,
allowing you to experience primordial Russian culture and
taste traditional cuisine. |

Amur Tiger
This is a full-day excursion of
Gaivoron Village, where the strong and graceful
Amur tiger family lives in an open-air
cage. A private car will take you to
Spassk-Dainy town, where you will have lunch
in a cafe before you to view this beautiful animal. |

Ussuriisky National Preserve and Ussuriisky Astrophysical Observatory
This 11-hour excursion is a unique
opportunity to see the beauty of nature in the
Russian Far East and the Primorsky region.
The Ussuriisky Preserve, untouched by human hands, will
afford the rare opportunity of viewing flora and fauna in an
innocent setting. Many unique species located here have
been entered into the Red Book of Russian, such as the
Amur Tiger, the Ussuriisky forest cat, the

taiga forest. You will walk along this small river, do
a little fishing and cooking of shashlik, breathe the

Arrive Vladivostok. You will be met and transferred to your hotel
for one night.

Day 2 |

Breakfast at hotel. Start of hiking program to
Ussuriiskaya taiga. A private jeep takes you along
with your hiking guide and your English-speaking guide from
Vladivostok to Monakino village (4-4.5 hours). Upon arrival, you will hike
8 kilometers, where you will camp overnight in a tent near a
mountain lake.

Day 3 |

Breakfast at camp. Ascent to the Olkhovaya mountain
(7-8 km). Overnight at tent camp near mountain lake.

Breakfast at camp. Hiking for 10-12 km. Overnight at tent
camp near river.

Breakfast at camp. Ascend to the Lysaya
(means «Bald») and Belaya
(«White») mountains (4 km), then
trekking to the Benevskiye waterfalls for
3 km. Overnight at tent camp near the
waterfalls.

Breakfast at camp. Hiking to the last point of the
route (7 km). At the end, a private jeep will
pick you up and bring you back to Vladivostok.
You will arrive in the evening, where you will be
accommodated overnight at the Vladivostok Hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport or
railway station in time for your flight or train
leaving Vladivostok.
